Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received.
• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.

Conditions

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Products damaged by misuse are not eligible.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.
